What is EFT? It stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, which is essentially a cross between Western psychology and Eastern acupressure — by releasing negative inner emotions out loud and physically tapping on meridian points, practitioners of EFT have seen remarkable results, like significant weight loss (no more cravings!), curing PTSD, back pain, alleviating grief, even unblocking financial barriers.
the tapping solution
I wanted to share this tapping video on weight loss, not necessarily because you may be interested in that in particular, but because the rounds include acknowledging your body for what it does and forgiving yourself for being too hard on it — something I think we’re all guilty of from time to time (even every day).
At first, it can seem a bit too good to be true, but I assure you the science backs it. Best of all, you can do it on your own and there are no side effects.
I’d encourage you to watch the documentary The Tapping Solution if you’d like more exposure to the practice and want to see the results in a group of “test subjects,” so to speak. That was how I was introduced to the technique, and I now faithfully follow this group of pioneers in the EFT movement online.
As they say, try it on everything — can’t hurt to try!
To our healing,
