- Don’t wear them while you work out. The instability is too distracting from the other exercises you’ll be doing — and could throw you off-balance.
- If you have significant balance issues (i.e., use a cane or walker), I don’t recommend them — they will be sort of wobbly, especially at first, and exaggerate your “gait anomalies.”
- Make sure you get the right size. If they’re too tight, they’ll hurt the balls of your feet after a while.
So far I am loving them. It’s been only about a week since I ordered mine and I do feel my muscles working harder when I use them. So I’ll keep you posted — and if you have any experiences with them, good or bad, don’t hesitate to share either by comment below or e-mailing me.
